Within the scope of the insolvency proceedings of the machining company "Arco Maschinenbau GmbH", we are liquidating the entire mobile fixed assets. Business operations have been suspended since Easter. The machines will be cleaned and technically prepared for dismantling. Two crane tracks and a forklift truck are available for loading. The dismantling and collection can be carried out until the end of May. Please coordinate the collection date by telephone, especially for the dismantling of the machines, so that waiting times during loading are kept to a minimum.

Online Auction / General Information
The announced auction is an online auction. The respective auction end is shown for each item. All catalogue details are subject to errors. The items to be auctioned are sold from their location in the condition in which they are at the time of the knockdown, excluding any liability for defects. Bids are made in EURO. In order to participate in the auction you must register on our website. 

Viewing
All positions are located in the auction house in Wittstock. In order to avoid later discrepancies, we generally recommend a detailed inspection of the offered positions.  For viewings please arrange an individual appointment.  

Reservation
Vehicles offered from insolvencies, which were financed by loans, hire purchase or leasing, are marked and will be auctioned under reserve. The highest bid will be knocked down subject to reservation and the bid will be transmitted to the financing company according to InsO §168. As a rule, the buyer will be informed no later than 14 days after the bid has been accepted whether the reservation is asserted or cancelled. 

Acceptance of bid
At the end of the auction, the highest bidder receives the knockdown. The end of the auction is indicated for each individual item. The auction end for an item is automatically extended by 120 seconds if bids are still being placed within the last minute before the end of the bidding period.

Premium / VAT
The hammer price is a net price, an auction premium of 18% is charged on it. The hammer price and the auction premium are subject to 19% VAT. For items marked with an *, VAT is only charged on the buyer's premium.

Payment
The total purchase price is due after the knockdown. At the end of the auction you will receive an invoice, which you should pay by bank transfer or when collecting the items in cash or by EC card.

Value added tax refund
Customers from the EU can be exempted from German VAT upon presentation of a valid and confirmed VAT ID number and proof of identity (identity card/passport) as well as the sending of a proper confirmation of receipt after export.
Customers from non-EU countries can be exempted from German VAT upon presentation of proof of identity (identity card/passport) and proper export documents. 

Pickup
The timely collection of the auctioned items is a contractual obligation of the buyer. All auctioned items must be collected from the auction house within 10 days after the knockdown at the specified opening hours. Collection is only possible after full payment of the total price. All costs arising from a late collection of the object of purchase shall be borne in full by the buyer.

Shipping
Please note that we are not a forwarding agency. As far as dimensions and weight permit, we will be happy to send you the auctioned items by parcel service. Parcels will only be sent insured with tracking and tracing (no small parcels or similar). We will charge you the standard shipping costs per standard parcel as well as a flat rate net € 2.52 plus 19% VAT (gross € 3.00) for packaging material and handling costs. Shock-sensitive (e.g. printers, copiers) or fragile goods (e.g. glass viruses) are not shipped and must be collected. In case of bulky goods please contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the right freight forwarding company.
